SweatCall for Clinics.

Strength-training records for medical weight-loss and GLP-1 clinics with an exercise professional on staff.

The gap. Clinics advise resistance training but can’t see it between visits.

For patients.

Hands-free. Earbuds in. No typing.

How it works.

  1. 1Join with a clinic code. Patients join the clinic in the iPhone app. iPhone only, with iOS 26 or later.
  2. 2Say the set. “Machine chest press, 50 for 12.” The app logs each set, at the gym or at home.
  3. 3Hear it back. The coach in their ear reads the set back, runs rest and calls the next weight.

Works for beginners on machines and bands. Free for the patient.

For your exercise team.

Approve the plan before the patient sees it. Review each patient’s week.

What your team sees.

  • Adherence against the plan in force. Patient-reported training, measured against the plan assigned at the time.
  • Who trained. Who stalled. Each patient’s week, with missing logs and data freshness visible.
  • A record for the visit. A printable per-patient visit summary and CSV export.
  • A weekly digest. Counts only.

The pilot.

A paid design-partner pilot: a flat monthly fee for the clinic, up to 50 enrolled patients, for 3 months. Then a renewal decision.

Patients pay nothing. The pilot is scoped to the clinic and set up on a call.

Privacy and security.

BAA available. We sign a business associate agreement with every clinic before any patient data is shared. Clinic patient data runs only on HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure. Speech recognition runs on the phone, and no gym audio is stored. Staff sign in with two-factor authentication, and access ends the moment a patient leaves.

Lean mass.
The evidence.

STEP 1’s body-scan analysis showed a 9.7% drop in lean body mass with semaglutide.

SURMOUNT-1’s substudy found weight lost was about 75% fat and 25% lean mass, similar to placebo.

Lean mass is not the same as muscle or function. The 2025 joint clinical advisory recommends resistance training.

Questions.

Does it replace our EHR?
No. SweatCall provides printable visit summaries and CSV exports for the visit.

Is there a BAA?
Yes. A BAA is available and signed before any patient data is shared.
